Kupfer has been offering five new regional sausage specialities with the “Darauf ist Verlass” promise under the “Unser Bayern” brand in selected Bavarian ALDI SÜD branches since August 2021.

The products are 100% locally grown. The animals are born, raised, slaughtered and their meat is processed on site in Bavaria, and even their feed comes from Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Thuringia. In this way, Kupfer together with ALDI SÜD is supporting regional growers and scoring points with short transport routes. Producers can rely on us. We have agreed long-term supply contracts, thereby giving them planning security. Growers also receive guaranteed premiums to compensate them accordingly for the additional effort.
