Ingredients: pork meat, iodised table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices, spice extracts, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate; stabiliser: polyphosphate; preservative: sodium nitrate, ripening cultures, edible casing made of alginate (coating agent: sodium alginate, thickening agent: guar gum; firming agent: calcium chloride), beechwood smoke.

May contain traces of mustard and celery.
