Ingredients: pork, iodised table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices, spice extract, honey powder, antioxidants (sodium ascorbate), stabiliser (polyphosphate), preservative (sodium nitrite), ripening cultures, edible sausage skins made from alginate (coating material (sodium alginate), thickening agent (guar gum), firming agent (calcium chloride)), beechwood smoke.

May contain traces of mustard and celery.
