Fine vegan bratwurst sausage based on pea protein

Fine vegan bratwurst sausages are best fried in the pan or grilled.

Ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, mushrooms, 8% pea protein extrudate, 6% pea protein, thickening agents (methyl cellulose, tara gum, xanthan gum, konjac, processed Euchema seaweed), sugar, natural flavourings, table salt, spices, dextrose, herbs, onions, colouring foodstuffs (beetroot powder), edible casing made of alginate (thickening materials (sodium alginate, konjac gum, guar flour)).

May contain traces of mustard and celery.
