We are making a delicious contribution towards saving the world with our insect burgers. Our burger patties made from buffalo insects are sustainable and produced in a way that is appropriate to the species. They also happen to be absolutely delicious.

Ingredients: water, 33.5% ground buffalo insects (buffalo insects [Alphitobius diaperinus], water, thickening agents: calcium alginate, antioxidant: rosemary oil), pea protein, rapeseed oil, thickening agents: methyl cellulose*, spices, table salt, smoked dextrose (dextrose, smoke), mustard flour, starch, brandy vinegar.

People with an allergy to shellfish, crustaceans and mites may also be allergic to edible insects. Product may contain traces of gluten, chicken protein and soy.


*Methyl cellulose is obtained from plants and gives form and texture to our insect burgers.
