As a traditional family business, we always remember our roots. Following new paths doesn’t mean rejecting what’s familiar. Quite the opposite: our experience gained from the past forms the basis for innovative quality developments especially in the food industry. And that’s what counts. Our values are especially important to us, they represent the foundation of our objectives and responsibility as a company and as an employer.

We have identified 11 key values that we want to achieve together. In doing so, we ensure appreciative cooperation and support our employees, since this is what our success is based on. Every day, over 1,300 Kupfer employees ensure that people all over the world can enjoy our products. Even though we use the latest technology, it’s clever minds, trained eyes and experienced hands that define what we do. And since our employees are always conscious of quality and act responsibly, they have made our company what it is today: one of the largest meat and sausage-producing companies in Germany.
